At the seminar I mentioned there were a lot of interesting books mentioned. Below can be found a list of them, with links to Amazon  editions. I can’t really vouch for any at this point (though should I read some of them I will offer my comments), but they at the very least they sounded quite interesting:

  • The Fear of Beggars, Stewardship and Poverty in Christian Ethics, Kelly Johnson [Paperback | Kindle]
  • Interrupting White Privilege: Catholic Theologians Break the Silence, Laurie M. Cassidy and Alexander Mikulich [Paperback]
  • Justice in a Global Economy: Strategies for Home, Community, and World, Pamela K. Brubaker, Rebecca Todd Peters, and Laura A. Stivers [Paperback]
  • Without a Net: Middle Class and Homeless (with Kids) in America: My Story, Michelle Kennedy [Paperback | Kindle]
  • Wage Theft In America, Kim Bobo [Paperback]
